OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days to send us back any items you don’t like to keep. We will provide a full refund for any items returned to us. All garments must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have their original tags and labels attached. To complete your return, initiate a return request mail to {[email protected]}

INTERNATIONAL: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

 


HOW TO ARRANGE YOUR RETURN?

  • Let us know: Send us an email with the subject line: Return + Order #
  • Pick a carrier of your choice.
  • Shipping charges are your responsibility.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping. Please keep the receipt as proof of shipping.

Important: Ensure information for customs is filled correctly: Add a printed copy of the invoice inside the packaging marking the items you want to return.
Your carrier will provide you with a label for customs. Mark the field “Returned Goods”

  • We then send you an email once we have received and processed your return

Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for your returned items to be processed and checked once they reach our warehouse.

 


 

FAST REFUNDS

Once we have checked your returned items, we will immediately initiate your refund. All refunds use the same method of payment that was chosen for the original payment. The date on which the money will actually be credited to your account or credit card depends on the provider of the payment service. In some cases it may take up to 5-10 working days to appear on your statement.

Note: if your return request is placed after 7 days or more from delivery, a gift code shall be provided instead of refund.



EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {[email protected]}

CANCELLATION

To Cancel your order you can place a request mail to {[email protected]}. Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
